HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE including loss of deposit, curtailment (covering all holidaymakers). Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire Ltd provides a complete holiday service which includes a comprehensive Holiday Cancellation Insurance. This gives you a refund of your rent paid (deducting an administration charge of £50.00 + VAT), if you have to cancel or curtail your holiday due to circumstances such as unexpected illness, jury or witness service, redundancy or an unexpected posting or cancellation of leave by HM Armed Forces or HM Police.

MAIN EXCLUSIONS
This insurance does not cover:
(a) Any consequence whether direct or in direct of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, military or usurped power.
(b) HEALTH CONDITIONS
Whilst this insurance is not subject to a health warranty, all claims are excluded WHERE AT THE TIME OF TAKING OUT THIS INSURANCE:
1. The insured person:
(i) is aware of any set of circumstances, which would reasonably be expected to give rise to a claim;
(ii) has suffered from a chronic or recurring illness during the previous twelve months UNLESS permission is obtained from the treating GP of fitness to travel at the time of booking.
2. The Person whose condition gives rise to a claim:
(i) is receiving, or on a waiting list for treatment in a hospital or nursing home; or
(ii) is awaiting the results of any tests or investigations; or
(iii) is pregnant and the pregnancy was more than 28 weeks at the end of the journey; or
(iv) is travelling against the advice of a Medical Practitioner or for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment abroad; or
(v) has been given a terminal prognosis.
(c) Cancellation of the holiday which could be foreseen from knowledge in possession of the Insured Person prior to the time of application for Insurance.
(d) Disinclination to travel.
PERSONAL TRAVEL & CAR BREAKDOWN/ACCIDENT RECOVERY INSURANCE
Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire Ltd have worked very hard to ensure you a choice of the finest cottages in Wales, excellent knowledge of the properties and the area and can help you choose the cottage and location to suit your requirements. We cannot, however, prevent accidents happening and it is for this reason that we have negotiated a full package which will cover all members of your party (and all cars in your party) at one extremely competitive price. The Personal Travel Insurance covers Personal Accident, Personal Liability and loss or damage of your Personal Possessions, from the moment you leave home. The Car Breakdown/Accident Recovery Insurance goes beyond the provisions of normal motoring organisation UK membership. If your car is unusable following breakdown or accident, you can hire an alternative vehicle to continue your holiday without fuss. Every member of your party is covered by your Insurance Plan (unless you say NO on the booking form).

PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
Cover per Insured

MAIN EXCLUSIONS
1. The first £40.00 each person for each occurrence under the Baggage/Money and Emergency Medical Repatriation sections. In respect of Medical Repatriation this will be increased to £80 for pre-existing medical conditions.

3. As per Holiday Cancellation Insurance Main Exclusions (a), (b) and (c) opposite.
4. No cover under Personal Accident for persons aged 75 or over.
CAR BREAKDOWN/ACCIDENT RECOVERY INSURANCE EITHER
- up to £200 in respect of labour charges for emergency roadside repairs to enable the journey to continue OR
- if the vehicle is unusable for more than 24 hours, or if the sole driver is taken ill, any of the following necessarily incurred expenses:
(a) Recovery of the vehicle to the nearest garage or railhead.
(b) The cost of:
(i) Hire costs of one equivalent vehicle or chauffeur if the only driver is ill, up to £75 per day (£750 in all).
(ii) Second class rail and/or coach fares to enable each member of your party to continue the holiday journey and/or return to the usual place of residence.
(c) Additional Hotel accommodation costs up to £50 per person per day.
(d) (i) Costs of recovering your vehicle to your home;
Or, (ii) Costs incurred in travelling from home or holiday location to the scene of the breakdown to collect the vehicle after repair.
This Car Breakdown insurance does not cover the costs of more than £3,000.
IMPORTANT
It is a condition of the Insurance that at the start of the holiday the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and has been regularly serviced, and should be less than 15 years old. Motor caravans, light commercial vehicles, mini buses and vehicles with more than 7 seats are not eligible. Remember, the premiums are charged per week, not per person. You should include the following premium with your initial deposit: One week holiday £20.00. Short break £10.00. Subsequent weeks charged at £20.00 (Inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax). This is only an outline of the cover provided. Full details will be sent to you with your booking confirmation. A copy of this may be requested prior to booking if required. The COASTAL COTTAGES OF PEMBROKESHIRE LTD INSURANCE PLAN is only available to residents of the United Kingdom and Eire.
