Cairnie Hill is a spacious detached 1930s house has been renovated throughout by the owner and retains some of the original features eg wooden floors and large bay sash windows. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, it is set above the road on the outskirts of Goodwick and enjoys an elevated position with stunning sea views over Fishguard Bay and the harbour. The spacious, double aspect lounge has large welcoming sofas, while the modern fitted kitchen/diner is ideal for family meals. The beautiful double bedrooms take full advantage of the views out to sea. Large sloping lawns to the front and rear give plenty of room to play and enjoy an alfresco meal. Conveniently located with all the facilities of Goodwick nearby and the market town of Fishguard only 5 minutes away. Whilst the nearby Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, with some of the most dramatic coastline with rugged cliffs and bays, is yours to explore. A wonderful family holiday home.
